Francesco Filice is an American actor, director, writer and audiobook narrator. Born in Toronto, Ontario to a large Italian Family, and raised in Columbus, Ohio, Francesco grew up straddling many borders. A fact that helped shape his love for storytelling and developed him into the artist he is today.

Very early in life Francesco became enamoured with movies. Hours of his life were spent getting lost in the lives fictional characters and the worlds they inhabited. Once the films were over you could find him watching every special feature on the DVD to see how those worlds were created. From a young age he realized that movies could effect the way people respond to the world. He knew that if they could do that for him, he could help do that for others.

After graduating Miami University of Ohio with a Bachelors degree of Science, in media and film production, Francesco moved to Toronto, Ontario to pursue acting and filmmaking. Since arriving in Toronto, Francesco has gone on to star in four feature films: "Broken Mile (2016)", "Rev (2020)", "The Manhattan Project (2023)" and "The Intersection (2024)". He can be seen in the Omni Network television show "Rising Suns (2020)" as the recurring character Mikele, and last year he Guest starred as Tim Wilkes on FOX channels new hit series “ALERT: Missing Person’s Unit(2023)”. Later this year Francesco will be appearing in Chuck Russel’s reimagining of the 1980’s horror film “Witchboard(2024)”. Along with acting for the screen, Francesco provides his voice talents to several audiobooks including “Greater than a Tourist: Viareggio Italy.”

In 2022 Francesco made his directorial debut with the short film "Low Water Pressure" which he also wrote, produced and edited. The film went on to win several awards on the 2022 festival circuit and is now available to watch on Youtube and Vimeo. In 2023, Francesco released the music video “Better” by Toronto based singer/songwriter Shannon Dooks in which he again wrote and directed.

Francesco is a tripple citizen of the United States, Canada, and Italy. He is an actor, a narrator and a filmmaker. He is represented by Daniel Freed at Edna Talent Management. He is a man who wears many hats. A man that loves the art of storytelling, and a man that carries a passion for filmmaking, one that he looks forward to pursuing for years to come.
